It was a sunny day that I spent most of my time inside. The only good part about being inside on such a great day is knowing that almost all of that time involved photography, either shooting, editing, or discussing.
When the time came for me to venture outside I went to Uptown Westerville where the wonderful afternoon light has a great angle and intensity. It’s also the time of day when the sidewalks are active with shoppers and diners making it a little easier to find good photos.
I prefer photos with people in them so it was obvious that a student studying on the sidewalk patio in front of Java Central would be my first choice. It’s also nice that she was the first person I saw when I got out of the car, camera in hand.
There were a few other moments of sunlight interests, spring gardening, and a collection of sun ornaments. You can see them at The Gardiner Collection.
