Westerville Animal Control Office Kim Stambaugh carries an injured swan from Alum Creek where it was rescued with a fishing lure stuck in its leg and trapped in debris by the lure’s fishing line. Behind her are the the boys who found the swan and called police. My Final Photo for May 22, 2015.
