A Columbus police officer uses a radar gun to measure the speed of a child running across the parking lot during the Cops and Kids Day at Hoff Woods Park. Each child was issued a speeding ticket with one girl returning to make another try because her speed was too low. She got what she wanted. My Final Photo for June 10, 2023.
