A group of city workers struggles to clear a blocked sanitary sewer pipe that runs beneath Schrock Road near Cleveland Ave. after it was blocked by what appeared to be a root ball causing a backup in several businesses including a dentist’s office. My Final Photo for March 7, 2022.
