A stonemason places stones onto the main sign marker at the edge of Sycamore Trail, the newest Westerville park being built at the corner of Polaris Parkway and Africa Road. The park highlights Westerville’s role in the Underground Railroad and includes a shallow, stream-like water feature, the Big Dipper star constellation, information panels, and an installation representing the North Star.
