Vacuuming State Street – A worker returns the tubing for an industrial high pressure wet vacuum to its stored position after clearing debris from a six-foot-deep hole cleared in State Street so ATT can determine the location of its underground network before the city begins work to resurface the street, replace sidewalks, and make changes in the streetscape beginning in the spring.
